Logging
The raised Check-in circle in the bottom bar opens the logging form: one card per tracker, groups folded into expandable cards, the timestamp at the top left and a view chip at the top right naming which view you are in.

Views: Full, Quick, and your own check-ins
Tapping the view chip opens a menu of logging views:
- Full — every active tracker, every time. Always available.
- Quick — only the trackers that are relevant right now (see below).
- Your own check-ins — one entry per check-in you have created.
Whichever you pick, the save is the same: the view only decides what is shown, never what is saved. Values you entered stay in the entry even if a view later hides their tracker.
The Quick check-in
Quick shows every tracker by default and quietly hides one when it is no longer relevant:
- after you've logged it enough times today (Daily limit, e.g. "2/day"),
- or outside its Time window (e.g. only 06:00–10:00).
You configure this per tracker — and per group, where one rule covers the whole group — on the Quick check-in's own screen: Customize → Check-ins → Quick check-in. A tracker can also be switched out of Quick entirely. When nothing is left to show, the form says so and offers Full instead — it never silently switches.
Your own check-ins
A check-in is a named, ordered bundle of trackers and groups that exists only as a logging view — "Morning check-in", "After therapy". Unlike a group, a check-in does not own its trackers: the same tracker can appear in any number of check-ins and still live in its one group. Check-ins never appear in Stats or exports as their own thing — they organize your logging, not your data.
Manage them under Customize → Check-ins: create, rename, reorder, choose members (trackers or whole groups — a group membership is live, so the check-in always shows the group's current members), and toggle whether each check-in is offered in the view menu. A reminder can open a specific check-in directly.
Timestamps and backdating
The timestamp defaults to now and is editable in every view — tap it to pick another date and time. Backfilling ("last night, around 23:00") is normal use. The relative label reads Today / Yesterday / the weekday.
Editing and deleting entries
Past entries are edited from Stats → List: tap an entry to open the edit sheet, which is the same form with every group open. Deleting an entry (from the edit sheet) happens immediately, with Undo offered.
One-tap logging
For the things you log many times a day, one-tap logging puts up to five buttons on a silent, permanent notification — visible on the lock screen — and a single tap logs one entry, timestamped now, with no unlocking and no app opening. Each button is one Amount tracker, or one single tag of an Amount tags tracker, paired with the amount a tap logs (default 1).
Set it up under Customize → One-tap logging. Things to know:
- Five taps are five entries; Stats sums them, so they read the same as one entry of five.
- The notification is public: the badges are visible on your lock screen, and taps deliberately require no authentication. Configure only what you are comfortable exposing there.
- While Guest mode is on, the notification is not shown at all; a tracker hidden for Guest mode cannot be a button.
