Getting started

First launch

A fresh install needs zero setup. The app seeds a starter set of five trackers so day one is just logging:

The starter set is yours to rename, recolor, reorder or archive. It is also the permanent free tier — see Free & full version.

Your first entry

Tap the raised Check-in circle in the middle of the bottom bar. You get one card per tracker:

A check-in mid-fill on the starter set: Energy, Mood and Sleep quality dials, Context tags, a note

Fill in as much or as little as you like — an entry needs at least one piece of content, and that is the only rule. A single rating is a complete entry. Tap Save. A confirmation card appears with what you logged and a shortcut to Stats; the form resets for next time.

The timestamp at the top left defaults to now. Tap it to backdate — logging yesterday evening's entry this morning is a first-class feature, not a trick.

The rating scale

All ratings share one scale, from 1 up to a maximum you choose between 3 and 10 (default 10). On first launch — before anything is logged — the app asks which you prefer; a smaller scale like 1–5 is easier to answer quickly, a larger one more fine-grained. You can change it any time in Settings → Rating scale, but be aware: changing the scale converts your entire rating history proportionally, and the rounding cannot be undone. The app tells you this before it does it.
